Start from your GENEALOGY tab of your igoogle home page.  
Go to genealogygemspodcast.com.   
Click on ADD TO GOOGLE icon 
Click on ADD TO GOOGLE button  
Your new Genealogy Gems Podcast gadget will be in the upper left corner.
